Sapta Chakra Awakening

Awaken the seven energy centres and experience the free flow of cosmic energy

Sapta means seven and Chakra means wheel. Chakras are the seven energy centres located in the subtle body, aligned along the spine. These powerful centres govern our physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity and spiritual evolution.

The chakras are connected by three main energy channels (Nadis):

  • Sushumna Nadi – The central channel that runs through the spine and serves as the pathway for the rising Kundalini energy.
  • Ida Nadi – The left channel associated with lunar, cooling and feminine energy.
  • Pingala Nadi – The right channel associated with solar, heating and masculine energy.

Through these channels flows Prana — the vital life force energy that sustains body, mind and spirit. When the chakras are balanced and open, energy flows freely, bringing vitality, emotional stability, mental clarity and spiritual growth. When they are blocked or imbalanced, it creates disturbances on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

The purpose of working with the chakras is to harmonize the body, awaken the spirit, and move toward oneness with the Divine.

The Seven Chakras

  • Muladhara – Root Chakra
  • Svadhishthana – Sacral Chakra
  • Manipura – Solar Plexus Chakra
  • Anahata – Heart Chakra
  • Vishuddha – Throat Chakra
  • Ajna – Third Eye Chakra
  • Sahasrara – Crown Chakra
